Yes, you can take a pet on a transfer with Algarve Shuttle Transfers. Pets are welcome, but we kindly ask that you inform us at the time of booking so we can make sure the most suitable vehicle is assigned. For the comfort and safety of all passengers: Small pets should be transported in an appropriate carrier or travel box. Larger pets may be allowed depending on the vehicle type and prior arrangement. Pets must remain under control at all times during the journey. A €50 cleaning/supplement fee per pet may apply, depending on the size of the animal and the vehicle required. We always aim to accommodate pets whenever possible, but acceptance may depend on the type of service booked and available space. If your flight is delayed, as we monitor flight arrivals for airport transfers, and your driver will be aware and will adjust the arrival pickup time accordingly, at no extra charge. Please provide your flight number when booking.

Yes it is a door to door private service. It doesn't matter whether the destination is a hotel, a resort, or somewhere else, it will be sufficient to write the adress where your hotel is located in the “Destination” section.

When the date and time of your taxi transfer service will come, your driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall section of the airport or the special reception area. If your transfer service starts from a hotel, your driver will park and wait for you outside the reception (not in the hotel lobby). After your transfer reservation is confirmed, we will also send you instructions to meet with your driver on the confirmation slip.

Your driver will not charge any additional fees for waiting for an extra 1 hour from the transfer time. If your flight is delayed for less than 30 minutes, the driver will follow up and wait at the airport. If your transfer starting point is a HOTEL, the 15-minute waiting time from the transfer start time is included in the transfer price.
